    Good questions, quick answers

Tap a question to open it. Cannot see yours? Just ask.

    Before you come

I have never done yoga. Is that okay?

Of course. Many of our students started as complete beginners. Tell the teacher when you arrive and they will guide you through.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear anything comfortable that you can stretch in. We provide mats, blocks and blankets, and there is tea after class.

I am not flexible. Will I be able to keep up?

Yoga is for every body. Flexibility comes with time, and teachers offer easier options for every pose.

    In the studio

    What if I arrive late?

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. For a calm start, we close the door 5 minutes after class begins.

    Are the classes busy?

No. We keep groups small, with never more than 14 mats in a room, so you always have space.

Are there changing rooms and showers?

Yes. There are changing rooms, lockers and a shower, and a quiet seating area for tea.

    Passes and booking

Do I need to book a class?

It helps us save you a mat. You can book from the timetable, by phone or at the front desk.

Can I cancel or pause my pass?

Yes. Cancel a class up to 3 hours before and your credit stays. You can pause a pass any time if you are away.

    Still not sure?

    Come and say hello

Tell us what you would like to try and we will save you a mat. Or just pop in for a look round and a cup of tea.
