Fixed price
A clear written quote setting out materials, timings, access and guarantee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Roof work
Scaffold up, old materials away, new roof on. The roof is sheeted every evening so it is always watertight.
Handover
Final photos, a swept site and your written guarantee. We check back after a year to make sure all is well.

Scaffold up, old tiles away.
Repairs and felt
Rafters checked, membrane and battens fitted.
Tiling
New slates or tiles laid and ridges bedded.
Finish and clear
Lead work, gutters, scaffold down, site swept.
