How much will it cost?
We give you a price before any work starts. It only changes if you ask for extra jobs, and we always check with you first.
Do you charge to come and look?
Not for a quote on planned work. For emergencies we explain any call-out charge on the phone, before we set off.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer once the job is done. You get a clear, itemised bill.

Do you come out at night and at weekends?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered day and night, and an engineer is always on call.
How quickly can you get here?
For emergencies, usually within an hour. Planned jobs are often booked for the same or next day.
What should I do while I wait?
Turn the water off at the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink. Not sure where it is? We will talk you through it.

How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. It keeps the boiler safe, efficient and less likely to give up in winter.
Do you work on all makes of boiler?
Most of them. Tell us the make and model when you call and we will say straight away.
My heating is on but the house is cold. Help?
It could be trapped air, sludge or a stuck valve. Pop in a request and we will work out what is going on.

Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job comes with a 12-month guarantee on our work, and we are fully insured.
Will you tidy up after yourselves?
Always. Dust sheets go down first and everything is cleared away before we leave.
Are your engineers qualified?
Yes. Our engineers are fully trained and Gas Safe registered for boiler and gas work.
